Recital 2010
Danceworks will be presenting their 19th annual production Body Language
June 18th at the Plainfield High School auditorium. Show times are 1:30 and 6:30.
Tickets are now on sale for Danceworks customers and will open up to the public
on June 6th. Tickets will also be available at the door the day of the show.
Giving Back
Once again we are selling ads for the recital program. These ads can either be a personal message to
your favorite dancer, or they can also advertise businesses. For more info please see someone in the
Main Office at the studio.
Money raised from selling personal and business ads in the recital program is donated
to The Andrew Shippee Memorial Scholarship Fund. This fund was established to honor the
memory of Andrew Shippee, who was a Peace Corp. volunteer striving to improve the quality of life
for others. This fund is available to any student graduating from high school who has gone
through the Sterling School system. Each year we have raised approximately $2000 and we
thank all who have made it possible for us to help keep Andrew's name and memory alive.
